General Program Details
Starts Jan. 1, 2020 and runs through Dec. 31, 2020 (11.59 p.m. Eastern)
A final review will be conducted by the Program Administrator and your local Cummins representative before any award is issued. Adjustments will be made to total points to ensure compliance with published rules
Winners are subject to all applicable taxes. Consult your local tax professional for the exact tax liability
The awards are non-transferable and no substitution, or cash, will be provided instead of the specified prizes
Participants must be employed at a Cummins Certified Dealer at the time the award is claimed. If a participant leaves the dealer location before receiving the award, they forfeit their prize
Cummins The Power of Choice Incentive Program is for dealers located within the U.S. and Canada
Any Cummins OEM dealer who is certified to service on-highway engines is eligible to participate in the program
Points
Only Engines delivered after January 1, 2020, and before December 31, 2020, are eligible for points
All ESNs must be entered into the system within 60 days of sale to be eligible for points
All ESNs must be entered into the system by December 31, 2020 to be eligible for points
Only ESNs are valid; VINS are not acceptable
Participants earn twenty (20) points for every MR engine ESN and HD engine ESN Submitted
Only one hundred (100) ESNs per customer are eligible
Eligible Engines: X15, B6.7, L9, ISX12, X12, B6.7N, L9N, ISX12N
Bus, RV, and Emergency Vehicles are not eligible for the program
Engines purchased for dealer stock are not eligible for the program
Duplicate ESNs are not eligible for the program
All training courses that are available in the training site will be recognized for points
Training points will be based on the date stamp for completion of the course
Monthly Awards
$100 Gift Cards
There will be ten (10) winners, per month, per region. Eight (8) monthly award winners from that month's top point earners and two (2) wild card winners will be drawn at random from those eligible
If there are multiple individuals tied for the eighth place, a random draw will determine the eighth place, and the others will be available for the wild card draw
Awards based on points submitted in each calendar month
A minimum of 100 points is required for the month to be eligible
Monthly awards are based on ESNs submitted by 11:59 p.m. Eastern of each month
Grand Prize Awards
All-expense-paid trip-for-two
Awards based on points submitted between January 1, 2020, and December 31, 2020 (11:59 p.m. Eastern). Training points based on the date stamp for the completion of the course
Participants must earn a minimum of 500 points to be eligible
Two (2) Grand Prize trips awarded per region. Trips awarded to the top point earner and a wild card draw from eligible participants for each region
In the case of multiple participants tied for the top point earner, a random draw will determine the top point winner and the others will be available for the wild card draw

This Dealer Incentive Program is offered by Cummins Inc., 500 Jackson St., Columbus, Indiana 47201. The grand prize includes an all-expenses paid trip for two to Aruba. The winners will be responsible for any/all taxes on the value of the travel award and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility before being officially certified as a Grand Prize Winner
This Dealer Incentive Program is offered by Cummins Inc., 500 Jackson St., Columbus, Indiana 47201. The grand prize includes an all-expenses paid trip for two to Aruba. The winners will be responsible for any/all taxes on the value of the travel award and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility before being officially certified as a Grand Prize Winner.
